About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build, optimize, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure for cloud-native applications. You will work closely with engineering teams to streamline deployment processes, enhance system reliability, and ensure infrastructure readiness for high-traffic and mission-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures while ensuring proper isolation across development, staging, and production environments.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD workflows to automate build, testing, security scanning, deployment, and rollback processes.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, supporting Golang-based microservices and high-throughput systems.
• Configure Kubernetes workloads, including autoscaling, health monitoring, resource allocation, and performance tuning.
• Implement CDN, caching, load balancing, and traffic optimization strategies to improve application responsiveness and reduce latency.
• Establish and maintain infrastructure monitoring, centralized logging, and alerting systems to ensure operational visibility.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and respond effectively to incidents and traffic surges.
• Maintain infrastructure architecture diagrams, operational guidelines, and technical documentation to support audits and future scalability. Requirements
• Practical experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience provisioning, deploying, and operating cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD workflows and deployment practices for Golang backend applications.
• Familiarity with CDN, caching, load balancing, autoscaling, and infrastructure performance optimization.
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure security, access management, secrets handling, and compliance requirements, preferably in fintech environments.
• Experience supporting high-concurrency, low-latency, multi-tenant, or real-time systems is a significant advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities, ownership mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams.
