About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong English communication skills to join our HCM team. You will work directly with international clients and cross-functional teams to design, automate and operate reliable, secure and scalable infrastructure for enterprise-grade digital products.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment processes
• Provision and manage cloud and/or on-premise infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation…)
• Deploy, operate and optimize containerized applications on Docker and Kubernetes
• Set up and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch…) to ensure system availability and performance
• Implement security best practices: access control, secrets management, vulnerability scanning and compliance requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues, and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with developers, QA and project managers to improve release processes and system reliability
• Communicate directly with clients in English: clarify technical requirements, report status and propose solutions
• Write and maintain technical documentation (architecture, runbooks, operating procedures) Requirements Must-have
• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE or System Engineer role
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible or equivalent)
• Strong Linux administration skills and scripting ability (Bash, Python or similar)
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, VPN, firewall, TCP/IP)
• Good English communication skills (speaking and writing), with the ability to work directly with international clients and team members Nice-to-have
• Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD, Azure Administrator…)
• Experience with on-premise infrastructure or hybrid cloud environments
• Knowledge of GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux) and service mesh (Istio)
• Experience in banking, fintech, or eCommerce projects with high security and availability requirements
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools (SonarQube, Trivy, Vault)
