Position: Senior AI Software Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions for the eCommerce domain. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and QC teams to develop intelligent features powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI workflows. This role covers the full lifecycle from solution design and prototyping to deployment and optimization. 2.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop RAG pipelines, including data chunking, embeddings, retrieval strategies, and response generation. Build Agentic AI workflows capable of planning, retrieving information, invoking tools, and executing multi-step tasks. Integrate and optimize vector databases and search technologies to support semantic and hybrid search experiences. Develop AI-powered features such as semantic search, recommendations, intent classification, and personalization. Evaluate and improve AI system performance, including retrieval quality, response accuracy, latency, and operational cost. Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and QC teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions. Balance rapid prototyping with production-grade engineering best practices. 4.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or related fields. Strong proficiency in Python. Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or similar). Experience building RAG pipelines and vector search solutions. Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including API design, testing, and version control. 5.
Nice – to Have Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar orchestration tools. Familiarity with vector databases (Qdrant, FAISS) and search platforms (Elasticsearch). Experience with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and CI/CD practices. Knowledge of CRM, CDP, or eCommerce ecosystems. 6.
