ABOUT THE ROLE
HV Holdings Global is looking for an experienced Content Lead to lead the Creative & Content team for the SATA brand in the US and international markets. You will be responsible for building creative strategies based on ads data and consumer insights, and producing high-converting "Winner Content" to scale ad spend and drive revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creative Strategy & Planning: Build creative directions and frameworks based on target audience insights, product USPs, and market trends in the US e-commerce sector.
• Performance Content Production: Oversee and directly produce high-performance ad formats (Short-form video, UGC, TikTok/Reels style ads, image banners) optimized for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Track key metrics such as Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CVR, and ROAS; analyze creative performance weekly to iterate "Winner Content" alongside the media buying team.
• Team Leadership & Quality Control: Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of content creators and video editors; ensure brand consistency and standard messaging across global channels.
• Resource & Workflow Management: Coordinate with Media Buyers, Product Teams, and external production resources/agencies to ensure smooth asset delivery pipelines. JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Lead, Creative Lead, or Senior Content Creator within E-commerce, Dropshipping, or Performance Marketing Agencies.
• Proven track record of producing high-converting performance ads for international markets (US/Global).
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate data metrics (Hook Rate, CTR, CVR) into actionable creative briefs.
• Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and copywriting) for international market research and content localization.
• Proficiency in production management, prompt engineering/AI creative tools, and basic video editing tools.
• Leadership skills with strong ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities. OFFER & BENEFITS

20,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND/month (Base 13–16M + Performance Bonus) + 13th-month salary and year-end bonus.
