This Account Manager job might be for YOU, if:

You have:

• At least 1 year of experience in an Account Manager role or a minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Account Executive, preferably within the advertising or creative agency environment.
• A solid grasp of core account management skills, from writing and understanding briefs, tracking budgets, managing WIP updates with internal and external stakeholders, to organizing files and running meetings with professionalism.
• Experience in building and executing 360° campaigns, from client briefing through to final delivery.
• The ability to manage workflows, operations, and quality control processes across internal teams, departments, suppliers, and external partners.
• A proactive mindset in identifying opportunities to grow revenue on assigned accounts.
• Strong consultative skills, offering clients the right direction based on a deep understanding of both their needs and the agency's capabilities.
• A keen understanding of clients' business landscapes, their objectives, and the competitive environment.

You're good at:

• Eating, sleeping, and breathing teamwork
• Managing, reviewing progress, and delivering the client's advertisement projects
• Providing training and coaching to team members to strengthen their skills in client servicing, project execution, and team collaboration, fostering continuous growth and performance excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with different departments
• Creativity and an initiative spirit combined with commercial awareness
• Speaking and writing in English
• Taking part in the strategy and concept providing
• Project Management - you're confident juggling timelines, budgets, and team resources without dropping the ball.
• Working independently and also stepping up to lead and support a small team (1–2 AEs/SAEs) when needed.
• Providing well-informed, strategic recommendations rooted in brand-building expertise and strong knowledge of digital platforms and trends.
• Monitoring and managing campaign performance, timelines, resources, and budgets, regularly reporting to the Account Director or Managing Director.
• Collaborating closely with the production team to execute and oversee signed projects, ensuring quality, timeline, and alignment with the client's expectations and strategic direction.
