We're looking for a
Digital Performance Specialist
who is not only data-savvy and hands-on with paid media, but also a strong communicator. You'll act as a performance driver and a connector — working closely with Content, Sales Support, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are effective, aligned, and constantly improving.
This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with a collaborative mindset, and enjoys turning numbers into action.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM…) and propose improvements via A/B testing, creative feedback, and budget reallocation.
- Collaborate with
Content team
to align on creative assets, timing, and messaging direction. - Work with
Sales support team
to ensure smooth handover of leads, improve conversion funnel, and understand real-time feedback from the field. - Coordinate closely with
media agencies
: review media plans, follow up on performance, and push for better execution. - Analyze data and build clear performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis with actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, best practices, and competitor benchmarks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–2 years of experience in digital performance marketing or media coordination.
- Solid understanding of ad platforms: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to bridge cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for campaign tracking and reporting.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Bonus if experienced in e-commerce, automotive, or performance-based B2C marketing.
- Female is preferred
