Job Responsibilities

1. Store & Staff Management

  • Supervise all restaurant staff, including Service, Cashier, Barista, Cleaning, and Security.
  • Ensure smooth workflow, adherence to SOPs, and high-quality service standards.
  • Manage and maintain equipment, bar areas, and common spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
  • Train, guide, and coach new and existing staff; conduct periodic performance evaluations.
  • Plan and assign shifts; coordinate with HR to ensure adequate staffing levels.

2. Customer Experience & Service Excellence

  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  • Collect and report insights on food quality and service; collaborate with the Kitchen and Management to improve guest experience.
  • Ensure all guests receive consistent, high-quality service throughout their visit.

3. Operational Tasks

  • Perform cashier duties and prepare beverages according to menu standards.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to service protocols.
  • Support restaurant initiatives to improve workflow, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Strong background in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in marketing strategy development, trade marketing, and brand management.
  • Experience in both offline (retail/trade marketing) and online (digital/e-commerce) channels.

  • Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to transform data into actionable insights and successful campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative mindset combined with strong execution and project management abilities.
