We are now building acomprehensive eCommerce platform(Storefront, Payment Gateway, CRM, Marketing Insights, and more) to set new standards in cross-border eCommerce.We are seeking a skilledProduct Owner to join our team with an attractive 30-month salary package and a sign-on bonus,who play the role as the main captainofdeveloping acomprehensive platformcovering Storefront, Payment Gateway, Marketing Insights, CRM, and moreWHAT YOU CAN EXPECTExceptional Compensation: Up to 30 months of salary per year through competitive salary packages and performance-based bonuses.Sign-on Bonus applied if you join by 30 NovemberFull salary during probation & Guaranteed 13th month salary12 days work-from-home & 12 days of paid annual leave, plus seniority paid leaveGlobal health insurance package for yourself and direct family members, plus annual health checkupA Pantry & a Crossian Cafe stocked with goodies, ready to serveOther company benefits including 5-star annual Summer Summit, budget for frequent team building activities and other monthly/ quarterly/ annual company eventsGeneral company T&D ProgramOther benefits in accordance to Company's Policy and Vietnam Labor LawsWHAT YOU WILL DOBacklog Management : Define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to ensure the team focuses on the highest-value features.Requirement Gathering & Documentation : Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business owners, marketing, operations, and engineering to align product outcomes with company goals.eCommerce Platform Focus : Leverage knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento , and similar platforms to design relevant solutions.UI/UX Input : Ensure designs prioritize usefulness and usability , with accessibility as a secondary consideration.Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize data analysis (with a minimum of 6 months' hands-on experience) to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and inform prioritization.SDLC Support : Collaborate with QA and Dev teams during refinement, testing, and UAT phases to ensure quality delivery.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Owner or related positions (preferably in eCommerce, retail, or logistics ).Solid knowledge of Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce , or similar platforms.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum .Experience with data analysis (min. 6 months hands-on).UI/UX awareness (usefulness, usability; accessibility is a plus).Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Growth mindset, ownership, and commitment.
