Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager, located in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, Vietnam. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Additionally, the Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for preparing sales reports, forecasts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and managing sales teams
  • Proven track record in maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets
  • Skills in identifying new business opportunities and conducting market research
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and forecasts
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, in the hospitality (OS&E and/or FFE) industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
