Service Assurance; Customer Service; Admin & Support; Operations Support; Reporting

  • Sort and classify export and import documents/shipments according to operational procedures.
  • Handle irregular cases during operations (e.g., damaged goods, misrouted shipments).
  • Perform scanning and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with the Delivery and Dispatch teams to handle abnormal receiving cases, undeliverable shipments, and other customer-related requests.
  • Contact customers to obtain additional information or arrange special delivery requirements.
  • Communicate with relevant departments to obtain information supporting delivery and pickup.
  • Complete procedures for returning shipments to origin or sender within Vietnam.
  • Record and monitor inventory shipments.
  • File and maintain documents in accordance with regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience.

Education: Secondary education or equivalent
