1. Mô tả công việc

  • Thiết kế và phát triển hệ thống code back-end chất lượng.

  • Phát triển những tính năng, ứng dụng có khả năng hỗ trợ mobile, desktop và web application với scale lớn.

  • Cập nhật những xu hướng công nghệ mới nhất và chia sẻ lại với các thành viên trong team.

  • Đóng góp vào trong từng khâu phát triển sản phẩm (Lên ý tưởng, thực hiện, release)

  • Phát triển code structured, đã được test, dễ đọc và dễ maintain.

  • Làm việc trong một team Agile.

  • Hỗ trợ phát triển và mentor các developers khác trong team khi cần thiết.

  • Tham gia vào các buổi review code để đảm bảo chất lượng code và bổ sung kiến thức cho các thành viên khác.

2. Yêu cầu

  • Từ 3-4 năm kinh nghiệm, thành thạo các công nghệ và ngôn ngữ lập trình backend (NodeJS, Typescript).

  • Có kiến thức sâu và kinh nghiệm với các SQL/NoSQL database như Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Firestore, Redis...

  • Kinh nghiệm làm việc với cloud infrastructure như GCP, AWS, Cloudflare.

  • Có kiến thức về distributed system và các kiến trúc như microservices, event-driven, ...

  • Có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường năng động, liên tục release theo phương pháp Agile.

  • Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng các web service scalable.

  • Có kinh nghiệm tối ưu performance, profiling và debug ứng dụng.

Thời gian làm việc:
‍

  • Chấm công/làm việc linh hoạt từ 08h00 - 09h30, miễn đủ 8 tiếng, đảm bảo hiệu suất và tiến độ công việc

  • Làm việc từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 hàng tuần, nghỉ trưa từ 12h00 - 13h30, thứ 4 nghỉ trưa từ 12h00 - 14h00.
