  1. Tìm kiếm và phát triển nguồn khách hàng

  2. Tìm kiếm, quản lý & phát triển nguồn khách hàng: Là cầu nối giữa khách hàng và công ty.

  3. Tư vấn, giới thiệu và định giá sản phẩm, dịch vụ của công ty tới khách; Thuyết phục và đàm phán hợp đồng với khách hàng.

  4. Quản lý dự án

  5. Làm việc với các nhãn hàng để lập kế hoạch Marketing và Timeline triển khai dịch vụ, giám sát tiến độ hợp đồng.

  6. Theo dõi hiệu suất công việc và báo cáo hiệu quả công việc cho cấp trên theo tuần/tháng/quý

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian

Quyền lợi được hưởng:

  • Thu nhập từ triệu đồng/ tháng (Lương chính thức + Thưởng dự án, Thỏa thuận theo đánh giá năng lực được trao đổi thực tế khi phỏng vấn)
  • Thưởng theo dự án.
  • Thưởng theo năng lực và tiến độ chất lượng công việc được giao.
  • Sinh hoạt tháng, quý, năm
  • Đóng BHXH theo Quy định, Lương tháng thứ 13
  • Ngoài ra: Được đào tạo về Marketing tổng thể và Marketing Thương mại điện tử; Được đào tạo kỹ năng tư duy logic, tư duy hệ thống và xây dựng quy trình làm việc hiệu quả.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học từ các trường với chuyên ngành Marketing, Kinh doanh, …
  • Kinh nghiệm: Có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm Sales Account trở lên, ưu tiên từng làm tại Agency
  • Hiểu biết về nền tảng TikTok và các hoạt động liên quan (Affiliate, Livestream,...) để tư vấn khách hàng hiệu quả là một lợi thế
  • Trình độ & kỹ năng:
  • Sử dụng thành thạo MS Office, Canva.
  • Tư duy logic, có năng lực đánh giá vấn đề và đưa ra giải pháp.
  • Kỹ năng trình bày, thuyết trình tốt, trình bày đề xuất với khách hàng
  • Tác phong chuyên nghiệp, trung thực, có trách nhiệm và tinh thần phối hợp.
