Summary

The Marketing Engagement Growth Assistant is responsible for developing and executing social media growth strategies to:

  • Increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness
  • Build a professional community in HR – recruitment – consulting
  • Connect with and nurture relationships with potential clients
  • Drive revenue through social media campaigns

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop community growth and brand-building strategies on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the Content team to plan weekly/monthly channel-specific content, including:
  • Professional articles and industry insights for LinkedIn
  • Engaging and accessible content about services/clients for Facebook
  • Educational or entertaining short videos (reels/shorts) for TikTok & YouTube
  • Execute and track mini-campaigns to generate leads, attract prospects, and boost sales.
  • Build and manage communities (groups, forums) to foster connection and share valuable content.
  • Analyze platform metrics, prepare periodic reports, and propose improvements.
  • Engage regularly with followers to build a professional and approachable "brand personality."
  • Stay updated with social media trends (HR trends, video trends, etc.) and recommend relevant applications.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or final-year student, major in Marketing, PR or Communication with practical experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Community Building.
  • Strong understanding of platform features and algorithms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Skilled in content writing, planning, and tailoring messages to user behavior across channels.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Insights, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
  • Strong collaboration skills when working with Design, Content, Sales, or Recruitment teams.
