Pattern Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pattern Supervisor located in Ben Tre, Vietnam. The Pattern Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the pattern development process, ensuring quality and accuracy, and collaborating with design, production, and technical teams to meet project timelines and specifications. Additional tasks include problem-solving any discrepancies during pattern creation and ensuring adherence to industry standards and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Pattern-making and design skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using pattern development software tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for cross-functional collaboration
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in the textile or garment industry
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or relevant field preferred
• Familiarity with quality control processes and industry standards
