Digital Marketing Specialist

ACCESSTRADE is a leading Affiliate Marketing platform in Vietnam & SEASIA, providing effective revenue growth solutions for businesses, Publishers, and KOCs. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and developing all of our digital marketing channels to acquire new advertisers, publishers, and Key Opinion Consumers/Leaders (KOCs/KOLs) for our Affiliate Marketing platform.

Responsibilities:

• Plan strategic plans and optimize growth experiments across digital marketing strategy across all channels, including web, app, social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing…
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns for advertisers, publishers, and KOCs/KOLs.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) to maximize reach and conversions (TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Analyze marketing campaign performance using web analytics tools and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate regular reports to track progress towards marketing goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to launch creative campaigns and optimize conversion funnels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Growth Hacking, Digital Marketing, or Product Marketing
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and retention strategies.
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable with A/B testing, analytics tools, and performance metrics.
• Have a strong mindset in data tracking & analytics, have the ability to use various tools for running, tracking & building dashboards (e.g. Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, GetResponse…)
• Rich experience & knowledge about SEO, GEO, AIEO for web optimization in the AI arena.
• Knowledge in app traffic optimization with ASO & related skills.
• Experience with developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Passion for affiliate marketing and the digital marketing space.

Bonus points:

• Experience working in the affiliate marketing industry.
• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Ability to read & work with English documents (a plus).

Compensation package:

• Salary: 18M - 25M + Bonus + Incentive
