GroupGSA is searching for passionate and talented Architects to join our expanding Ho Chi Minh City studio.

At GroupGSA, we are a leading multi-disciplinary design practice with a reputation for creating innovative and sustainable spaces. Our Ho Chi Minh City studio is a vibrant hub of over 60 dedicated professionals, and we're looking for new talent to contribute to our legacy of design excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Lead Designers to develop and translate conceptual designs into detailed documentation.
  • Support all design stages with a strong focus on technical drawing, design coordination, and Revit modeling.
  • Produce high-quality design documentation, including drawings, plans, and schedules, using Autodesk Revit.
  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D Building Information Models to support all stages of project delivery.
  • Coordinate and produce comprehensive drawing sets for DA, Tender, and Construction stages.
  • Understand and apply relevant Building Codes and Regulations in documentation.
  • Contribute proactively to a collaborative, cross-border studio culture while maintaining accountability and ownership of your work.
  • Foster a culture of learning and collaboration by sharing knowledge and encouraging professional growth among junior staff.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture or related field
  • These positions are open to Vietnamese citizens only
  • 2+ years of experience in an architecture role
  • Strong proficiency with Revit and related design tools
  • Solid understanding of design standards and documentation processes.
  • Strong passion for architecture and keen attention to detail
