Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Customer Success Manager will oversee customer satisfaction, manage relationships with clients, and work to ensure customer retention by addressing needs and concerns. The role requires analyzing customer feedback, improving service delivery, and fostering long-term partnerships to support the organization's goals.

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention strategies to enhance client loyalty and experience
  • Exceptional skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service for developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer insights and drive improvements in processes and outcomes
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, or cloud-related industries is an advantage
