RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven
Social Marketing Manager
to lead our brand's social presence across multiple platforms. You will own the full social ecosystem — content, community, KOL management, livestream campaigns, and social strategy — to drive brand visibility and audience engagement in both local and international markets.

This role is perfect for someone with strong social instincts, deep platform knowledge, and the ability to create culturally relevant content that resonates with diverse audiences.

· Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies to grow brand visibility, engagement, and community loyalty.

· Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, creators, and online communities relevant to our industry.

· Collaborate with influencers to produce authentic, on-brand content that supports campaign objectives.

· Plan and manage livestream activities, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for viewers.

· Oversee daily community management: monitor channels, respond to comments, and maintain healthy audience conversations.

· Work closely with the marketing team to align social initiatives with broader brand and performance goals.

· Track and analyze social metrics, evaluate KOL performance, and generate actionable reports to improve future campaigns.

· Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and new content formats to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive.

REQUIREMENT

· 5–8 years of experience in Social Media / Social Marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role.

· Proven ability to manage multi-platform social ecosystems (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, LinkedIn…).

· Strong experience working with KOLs/influencers (from sourcing to campaign execution and performance evaluation).

· Creative storytelling mindset with the ability to produce compelling content tailored to each social platform.

· Solid understanding of social analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

· Experience running livestream campaigns (planning, hosting coordination, technical readiness).

· Excellent communication skills and strong awareness of social media trends, memes, and cultural insights.

· Experience in agency environments, startup culture, or fast-paced creative teams is highly preferred.

· English proficiency is a plus.

· 
Experienced in Gamble, Crypto, or Blockchain marketing for Vietnam & APAC market is a BIG PLUS.
