  • Tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và xây dựng mối quan hệ với các phân khúc khách hàng cá nhân và doanh nghiệp
  • Tư vấn, trình bày các giải pháp bằng dịch vụ của công ty theo nhu cầu của khách hàng
  • Duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng, chăm sóc khách hàng tận tình trước, trong và sau khi thực hiện hợp đồng
  • Chăm sóc và theo dõi tình hình sử dụng, trải nghiệm dịch vụ của khách hàng
  • Xây dựng hình ảnh cá nhân và thương hiệu công ty
  • Tham gia, hỗ trợ các buổi workshop, event tại công ty
  • Nguồn khách hàng: Công ty hỗ trợ

Chức vụ: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian

Quyền lợi được hưởng:

  • Lương cơ bản: hoa hồng tháng + hoa hồng quý + hoa hồng năm + thưởng + phụ cấp . Thu nhập trung bình từ 30 Triệu trở Lên
  • Trợ cấp khác (chi phí đi lại, điện thoại): VND
  • Thưởng doanh số: Tháng/ Quý/ Năm
  • Hỗ trợ thu nhập trong tháng đào tạo đầu tiên: 1 tháng lương cơ bản
  • Hỗ trợ giảm target trong 3 tháng đầu
  • Trang bị IPAD làm việc
  • Tham gia chương trình đào tạo bài bản được hướng dẫn bởi các quản lý cấp cao và những khoá học chuyên sâu để nâng cao kỹ năng
  • Lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng sau 6 tháng làm việc
  • Tham gia các chuyến du lịch trong và ngoài nước của công ty: Dubai, China, Singapore, Newzealand,…
  • Được cấp thẻ bảo hiểm sức khoẻ cá nhân
  • Làm việc tại văn phòng hiện đại, không gian mở, khơi gợi nguồn cảm hứng

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Cao Đẳng

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Độ tuổi: Từ 26 tuổi ( không nhận nhỏ hơn)
  • Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng trở lên
  • Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm sales, bán hàng, kinh doanh, bảo hiểm, tài chính ngân hàng,...
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên ngành TÀI CHÍNH NGÂN HÀNG, BẤT ĐỘNG SẢN, DU LỊCH, Ô TÔ, HÀNG KHÔNG, BẢO HIỂM
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, khả năng thuyết phục
  • Chủ động, kiên trì, khả năng thích ứng cao và tinh thần đồng đội cao
