Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, coordinate with various departments to ensure efficiency, manage budgets, and monitor performance metrics. The role also includes optimizing workflows, developing improvement strategies, and managing resources effectively. Additionally, the Operations Manager will ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Proven experience in operations management, process optimization, and team leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and the ability to implement operational improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and familiarity with business software applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in lifestyle, retail, or creative industries is advantageous.
