Mô tả công việc:

  • Phát triển các tính năng app/web/backend có tích hợp dữ liệu & AI để tối ưu trải nghiệm người dùng, tăng hiệu quả vận hành hoặc doanh thu.

  • Ứng dụng AI vào quy trình phát triển phần mềm hàng ngày, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn:

  • Viết code nhanh & đúng chuẩn bằng GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor IDE.

+Sinh test case tự động từ prompt hoặc từ code.

  • Phân tích lỗi & debug log với AI.

  • Gen tài liệu kỹ thuật & spec từ mô tả tự nhiên.

  • Làm việc với các bên liên quan để thiết kế kiến trúc, lên kế hoạch release, đo lường và cải tiến liên tục qua A/B testing.

  • Chủ động đề xuất các cải tiến liên quan đến performance, maintainability, bảo mật, hoặc trải nghiệm người dùng.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tối thiểu 2-5 năm kinh nghiệm lập trình (Backend, Frontend, hoặc Fullstack).
  • Đã và đang sử dụng AI tools vào công việc hàng ngày: GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Prompt-based automation, AI code search, hoặc tương đương.
  • Hiểu cách ứng dụng AI để tăng hiệu quả viết code, test, debug, tài liệu.
  • Thành thạo ít nhất 1 stack kỹ thuật: Golang, .Net Core, Python, React, Flutter, PostgreSQL, …
  • Biết viết unit test, làm việc với Git & CI/CD.
  • Biết đo lường hiệu quả tính năng thông qua logging, tracking, dashboard.

Ưu tiên:

  • Từng tích hợp các dịch vụ AI (OpenAI, vector search, etc.).
  • Biết làm việc với event-based system (Kafka, Pub/Sub) hoặc microservices.
  • Có mindset product (hiểu khách hàng, hiểu dữ liệu, nghĩ đến impact).
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong team Agile/Squad.
