Job Description
- 品質檢驗與測試: - 制定並執行產品品質檢驗計劃,確保產品符合規格要求。 - 進行產品測試,包括功能測試、性能測試及可靠性測試。 2. 問題分析與解決: - 分析並解決產品在開發及生產過程中出現的品質問題。 - 使用統計工具及方法,進行根本原因分析並提出改善方案。 3. 品質管理系統維護: - 維護並改進品質管理系統,確保符合 ISO 9001 等品質標準。 - 定期進行內部品質稽核,確保品質管理流程的有效性。 4. 跨部門協作: - 與研發、製造及測試團隊合作,參與產品設計評審及製程改進。 - 提供品質相關的技術支持,協助解決跨部門的品質問題。 5. 客戶品質需求管理: - 理解並回應客戶的品質需求及反饋,確保客戶滿意度。 - 參與客戶品質稽核,並根據稽核結果進行改善。 6. 資料分析與報告: - 收集並分析品質數據,定期編寫品質報告,向管理層匯報品質狀況。 - 提出並推動品質改進計劃,提升產品品質水平。
