Glinteco is looking for an experienced
Software Tester

to join our team and ensure the quality of our diverse range of projects, including
EdTech, eCommerce, HRM, and Real Estate applications

. You will be responsible for testing both mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and execute
    test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts

(manual & automation).
- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple domains (EdTech, eCommerce, HRM, Real Estate).
- Perform
UI/UX testing

on mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web systems to ensure smooth user experiences.
- Test
API integrations

(RESTful APIs, payment gateways, authentication systems).
- Carry out
performance, load, and security testing

where required.
- Automation test experience is a plus
- Collaborate closely with developers to identify, track, and resolve bugs.
- Use tools such as Jira, Trello, TestRail

for bug tracking and test management.
- Support CI/CD processes and ensure software stability before deployment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years

of experience in software testing across web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of
manual testing

and exposure to automation testing.
- Experience with
mobile app testing (iOS/Android)

and
API testing with Postman

.
- Familiar with bug tracking and test management tools (
Clickup, Trello

).
- Knowledge of testing integrations with
payment systems (Stripe, QR Code Payment), OAuth, and AI-powered services

is a plus.
- Understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodologies

and
CI/CD pipelines

.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear test case writing ability.
