Job Description

Oversee daily pastry production, ensuring all baked goods meet hotel and brand quality standards while controlling food costs and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the pastry team with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Review daily production sheets to plan and manage baking schedules.
  • Ensure accurate portioning, quality control, and food cost management.
  • Prepare and cook pastry items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety logs; ensure kitchen equipment operates correctly.
  • Communicate with the Executive Chef about inventory, excess items, and menu planning.
  • Support continuous improvement in guest satisfaction, associate performance, and budget adherence
