About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Automation QA Lead
to join our team in Hanoi, supporting a US-based client in the logistics and supply chain domain. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in software testing, leadership capabilities, and a passion for building scalable automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor QA engineers in both manual and automation testing efforts.
  • Design, develop, and maintain test automation scripts using
    JavaScript
    .
  • Implement and manage automated testing frameworks such as
    Selenium
    or
    Playwright
    .
  • Integrate automated tests into
    CI/CD pipelines
    using
    Jenkins
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in
    Agile/Scrum
    environments.
  • Apply
    Test-Driven Development (TDD)
    principles to ensure high-quality code.
  • Conduct performance and load testing using
    JMeter
    or equivalent tools.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across global teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in software testing, including manual and automation.
  • Strong proficiency in
    JavaScript
    for test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Selenium
    ,
    Playwright
    , or similar tools.
  • Experience with
    Jenkins
    and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile methodologies
    and
    TDD
    practices.
  • Solid understanding of
    performance testing
    tools like
    JMeter
    .
  • Excellent
    communication
    ,
    interpersonal
    , and
    team management
    skills.
  • ISTQB or equivalent certifications are a plus.
