  • Quản lý hoạt động của phòng Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp (IE), đảm bảo hiệu quả sử dụng 5M (Man, Machine, Material, Method & Management) nhằm đạt được năng suất, chất lượng và chi phí tối ưu.
  • Xây dựng và duy trì chuẩn năng suất – quy trình – hiệu suất cho toàn bộ dây chuyền sản xuất.
  • Thiết kế và triển khai chính sách khuyến khích năng suất (Incentive Scheme) hiệu quả cho nhân viên và công nhân.
  • Dẫn dắt các dự án cải tiến liên phòng ban, thúc đẩy Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
  • Nghiên cứu và đề xuất công nghệ, thiết bị, phương pháp sản xuất mới nhằm tăng năng suất và giảm chi phí.
  • Duy trì hệ thống theo chuẩn ISO và Lean Factory setup của tập đoàn Crystal.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Cao Đẳng

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Thạc sĩ chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp, Quản lý Công nghiệp hoặc Kỹ thuật liên quan.
  • Có tối thiểu 7 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực IE / Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement, trong đó ít nhất 3 năm ở vị trí quản lý tương đương.
  • Có kinh nghiệm triển khai Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, hệ thống đo lường năng suất, incentive system.
  • Tiếng Anh giao tiếp thành thạo (nói & viết), có kỹ năng thuyết trình và báo cáo tốt.
  • Thành thạo MS Office, AutoCAD, Project Management & PowerPoint.
  • Tư duy chiến lược, sáng tạo, định hướng kết quả và có khả năng dẫn dắt nhóm hiệu quả.
