Responsibilities

1) Maintain a presence and ever improving relationship with major customers through a regular schedule of service calls

2) Rapid response to requests for assistance with quality complaints or performance problems

3) Instructing and training customers in all aspects of proper bearing installation, maintenance and damage diagnosis/prevention practices.

4) Providing technical assistance with specific aspects of bearing application development in support of business development with the sales team.

Qualifications

1) Understanding Steel, Paper & Pulp in Ho Chi Minh

2) Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, trouble shooting, root cause analysis to resolve technical issues

3) Maintenance experience in Fundamental product knowledge – ability to read mechanical engineering drawings and suggest application recommendations

4) Ability to converse in local language and English

5) Able to travel overseas to attend training if required

6) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Ability to read and understand designs and schematics

7) Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

8) Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Education

1) Degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineer/Mechatronics with a mechanical major

2) Diploma in other engineering fields in manufacturing, metalworking will be considered if candidate possesses relevant experience

3) Work well under pressure.
