Main Responsibilities

65% Operations & Delivery:

  • Manage the entire commercialization process from RTB package receipt to mass production
  • Coordinate with factories; conduct technical trials; resolve issues during fit/wear stages
  • Ensure timelines, cost, and quality standards
  • Review designs, molds, SOPs, and packaging
  • Propose alternative solutions for construction, materials, and costing; frequently travel to factories for supervision.

15% Collaboration & Team Building:

  • Support sample development (Proto, GTM, Sales samples, etc.); address design, material, and cost issues
  • Participate in product/competitor analysis
  • Paintain communication and collaboration with teams, factories, and partners; build effective working relationships.

15% Processes & Best Practices:

  • Improve commercialization processes
  • Participate in quality reviews and defective product feedback; propose new ideas
  • Research and apply new technologies.

5% Training:

  • Guide and train colleagues within the BU
  • Share expertise in using tools, analyzing drawings/test results.
  • Update knowledge on new technologies
  • Attend training courses/workshops to enhance skills; travel as required.

???? Summary: This role is primarily responsible for managing the product commercialization process, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost targets, while fostering cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and team development.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • College degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5–10+ years in the footwear industry

  • Strong expertise in development, commercialization, materials, product construction, and manufacturing.

  • English: Intermediate level

  • Strong leadership behaviors, problem-solving ability, effective communication, planning and foresight,

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced global environments,

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PLM systems, and technical knowledge of materials, molds, compounds, and foot anatomy.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to see, hear, speak, write, and perform manual tasks; reasonable accommodations available.
