Mô tả công việc

  • Tham gia vào toàn bộ vòng đời phát triển một sản phẩm AI (AI product lifecycle): từ phân tích bài toán, thu thập dữ liệu, huấn luyện/tinh chỉnh (fine-tune) mô hình, đến triển khai và giám sát.
  • Trọng tâm vào hệ thống LLM: Nghiên cứu, ứng dụng và tối ưu hóa các mô hình ngôn ngữ lớn (LLMs) và các hệ thống RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) để xây dựng các giải pháp AI thông minh.
  • Kỹ thuật hệ thống (System Engineering): Tham gia thiết kế, xây dựng và vận hành hạ tầng dữ liệu (Data infrastructure) và các dịch vụ xử lý luồng dữ liệu liên tục.
  • MLOps: Làm việc trực tiếp với hạ tầng MLOps, tập trung vào việc đóng gói (deploy), giám sát, đánh giá và tối ưu hóa hiệu suất của các mô hình AI trong môi trường production.
  • Nghiên cứu & Phát triển: Tham gia nghiên cứu và xây dựng các mô hình học máy (Machine Learning) và học sâu (Deep Learning) có tính thực tiễn cao để giải quyết các bài toán nghiệp vụ cụ thể.

Yêu cầu

  • Là sinh viên năm thứ 3 hoặc 4 thuộc các trường đại học khối công nghệ, kỹ thuật.
  • Chăm chỉ, kỷ luật, ham học hỏi và có tinh thần làm việc với hiệu suất cao.

Điểm cộng:

  • Có kinh nghiệm thực hành với các framework AI (ví dụ: PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain).
  • Đã từng tìm hiểu hoặc xây dựng các dự án cá nhân liên quan đến LLMs, RAG.
  • Có hiểu biết về Docker, Git, và các quy trình CI/CD.
  • Có tư duy tập trung vào sản phẩm (product-oriented) và giải quyết vấn đề.
