Task relating AMS Functional consultant is as followings:

  • Receive incident reported from customer: complete incident description, verify priority, confirm component or product area, determine whether the inquiry is related to an error or requires consulting work.
  • Actively check and fix AMS issues
  • Coordinate with other consultants / customer to fix other AMS incidents
  • Keep tracing status, deadline of AMS issues, to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is committed
  • Participate and support implementing new project, project change request (PCR)

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of experience
  • Experience working in SAP full-cycle projects.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision
  • Capable of working flexible hours sometimes under pressure of aggressive deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members.
  • Strong knowledge of FICO functional foundation and strong problem-solving skills: configuration, build-up FS, test case document
  • Have good knowledge/ experience in FICO, integrating between FICO and other modules
  • Knowledge of S4HANA will be desirable.
  • Having knowledge of financial accounting to be able to communicate directly with users related to business operations is a plus
  • Have knowledge of other SAP modules, SAP SD is a plus
  • Be able to communicate in English

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal, and team- building skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to research and resolve issues.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
