1. Position Overview

Lead the design, implementation, and operation of a comprehensive
Wealth Management
service for
High Net Worth Individual (HNWI)
clients. Ensure delivery of personalized solutions including: personal financial planning, investment strategy, tax optimization, estate & succession planning, retirement planning, insurance & risk management, and family office services — with the goal of long-term asset preservation and growth, aligned with the client's lifestyle and family objectives.

This role is also accountable for achieving targets related to
NNA (Net New Assets)
,
AUM (Assets Under Management)
, and
service revenue
from the Wealth segment.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the
    strategy and roadmap
    for Wealth Management, including client segmentation, product & service offerings, pricing, and operating model.
  • Design a
    standardized advisory process
    (discovery → proposal → implementation → review), covering risk profiling, suitability checks, and KYC/AML compliance.
  • Lead
    distribution channel development
    : build and grow a team of Relationship Managers / Private Bankers, design incentive schemes, and career development paths.
  • Work directly with key clients on complex cases (e.g., tax planning for entrepreneurs, succession planning for ultra-high-net-worth families, cross-border/jurisdictional issues).
  • Manage projects for new service launches, ensuring
    time-to-market
    , quality, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with specialized partners to deliver
    execution-ready solutions
    to clients.
  • Oversee
    client performance reporting
    : consolidated asset reporting, portfolio performance review, and standardized periodic reporting.
  • Ensure full
    regulatory and internal compliance
    in all client-related activities.
  • Develop and standardize proposal templates, financial analysis tools, and client reporting formats to deliver a consistent service experience.

3. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Law, or related fields. Professional certifications such as
    CFP, CFA, CAIA
    , or relevant legal/tax qualifications are a strong plus.
  • Over
    3 years of experience
    in a similar role within
    Wealth Management, Private Banking, Family Office
    , or
    Financial Planning
    .
  • Candidates with proven experience advising High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) or entrepreneurs are preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial planning, multi-asset allocation, basic tax and estate planning solutions, and insurance/risk management products.
  • Personalized Advisory Skills: ability to conduct discovery interviews, build customized recommendation packages, present solutions, and negotiate service agreements.
  • Proficient in basic financial modeling, scenario analysis, and professional proposal writing.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent in relationship building, communication, persuasion, handling sensitive situations, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
  • Fluent in English – able to work with international partners/clients and produce/read professional documents in English.
  • High level of ethics, client service mindset, and strict commitment to confidentiality.
