Yuzu Omakase Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a passionate, service-minded individual to join our team at Yuzu Omakase, a premium Japanese dining experience.

As the face of the restaurant, you will be responsible for assisting guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and guide guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and requests.
  • Handle table reservations via email and phone.
  • Receive and manage customer feedback effectively.
  • Plan and maintain relationships with loyal and VIP customers.
  • Prepare for shift openings and closings.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the restaurant manager.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from Intermediate, College, or University level.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service.
  • Female, aged 20-30.
  • Hardworking, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
