Overview: As a member of the Basic Software (BSW) team, you will participate in the development, integration, and maintenance of embedded automotive software. You will work closely with cross -functional teams to ensure that the BSW layer meets system requirements and supports higher -level software components effectively. Responsibilities:Documentation, development, and verification of BSW modules: Perform detailed design, implement BSW components, and create or update technical documentation. Conduct verification activities to ensure compliance with AUTOSAR architecture and system requirements.Update and maintain BSW based on requirements: Analyze new/updated requirements and apply necessary changes to the BSW layer, ensuring functionality, performance, and compatibility with other software modules.Integrate Software Components (SWCs): Collaborate with other software teams to integrate SWCs into the AUTOSAR environment. Ensure correct configuration, resolve integration issues, and verify communication between BSW and application layers.Migration to new platforms when required: Support software migration activities involving new ECUs, microcontrollers, or AUTOSAR versions. Adapt BSW modules to meet the constraints and capabilities of new platforms.Bug fixing and issue resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot defects in BSW modules.
