Job description

We are seeking an Associate Backend / Fullstack Developer to join our team in developing multiplatform business applications. This role requires strong technical expertise in backend development using technologies such as , Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and API development, as well as practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a problem-solver, and an effective communicator who thrives in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Backend/Fullstack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain backend systems, integrate cloud solutions, and support frontend development to deliver high-quality multiplatform business applications.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using , Google AppScript, and Python, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Design, implement, and manage databases (PostgreSQL / MongoDB) with a focus on performance, data integrity, and efficient architecture.
  • Build, test, and manage RESTful APIs, adhering to security and optimization best practices.
  • Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deploy and manage cloud-based solutions, including serverless functions, cloud workflows, and API gateways.
  • Integrate Google APIs and other external services to enhance automation, data flow, and system interoperability.
  • Use GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Cloud Build for version control, CI/CD automation, and effective release management.
  • Create and maintain clear, well-structured technical documentation to support the development lifecycle and future scalability.
Your skills and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience post-graduation as a Backend or Fullstack Developer.
  • Proficiency in and/or Python.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, adhering to security best practices.
  • Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google APIs integration.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
