About the Role

The
Product Policy Executive
is responsible for
ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product and price data across multiple platforms
. This role maintains the quality of data inputs that power our pricing, product mapping, and market monitoring processes. Working closely with Tech, Pricing, and cross-functional teams, you will be the gatekeeper of data integrity and help maintain a stable, reliable system for our pricing operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Price Monitoring & Updating

  • Collect and update market prices from different platforms
  • Validate all collected links to ensure they are active, accessible, and provide complete extractable data.

2. Product Mapping, Data Cleansing & Quality Control

  • Categorize, compare, and resolve discrepancies in the product mapping list.
  • Ensure product mapping is clean, non-duplicated, consistent, and aligned with Buymed's data structure.
  • Conduct routine data cleansing to maintain integrity across databases (e.g., removing duplication, fixing mismatches, restructuring fields).

3. System Stability Monitoring & Issue Resolution

  • Record errors, system breaks, or unusual data behaviors; collaborate with Tech to investigate and resolve.
  • Follow up until issues are fixed and documented.
  • Support testing when new crawling tools or mapping logics are deployed.

Requirements

Knowledge & Experience

  • College/University degree in Economics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in data-related work: data entry, data QA, data cleansing, or web scraping.

Skills

  • Strong Excel skills (lookup formulas, basic data analysis tools).
  • High attention to detail with strong ability to compare, detect, and correct data inconsistencies.
  • Good time management, able to work across multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
