B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.

Successful candidates will join a development stint with professional career and coaching plan within chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN."

A/ JOB FUNCTIONS:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will support maintenance activities under supervision, contribute to equipment reliability, and gradually build technical expertise. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and learning to uphold maintenance standards.

• Assist in coordinating and performing maintenance tasks following established work instructions to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Learn and apply preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for machines and equipment under guidance.
• Support efforts to reduce repair time and improve machine conditions through proper maintenance practices.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas to reduce operational costs and enhance equipment performance.
• Help monitor machine breakdowns and support analysis to reduce recurrence and improve Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF).
• Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize equipment performance and support achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in managing and updating technical documentation such as SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and SMPs (Standard Maintenance Procedures).
• Observe and follow safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with electrical, fire, and environmental safety regulations.
• Learn to work with software applications related to PLCs, drivers, and machine programs under supervision.
• Support TPM activities and contribute to improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Communicate with vendors or experts on technical issues with guidance from senior staff.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/line managers.

• University Degree in Automation/Mechatronics/Electrical or technical background
• Right Communication with person and organized Skills.
• Perfect knowledge about the Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP
