Job Description

  • Drive Product Feature Strategy: Define and execute feature strategies that align with growth goals, particularly focusing on increasing user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user behavior studies to uncover opportunities for growth through new or enhanced product features.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze user data, funnel performance, and feature adoption to gain actionable insights. Translate findings into strategic recommendations and product enhancements.
  • Problem Solving & Structured Thinking: Apply a structured approach to breaking down complex business challenges, using frameworks and methodologies to evaluate potential solutions and drive decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, BI, and Business teams to support feature roll-outs, ensure strategic alignment, and deliver an exceptional user experience.
  • Project Support & Execution: Contribute to end-to-end feature development — from ideation and validation through implementation and post-launch analysis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product strategy, product marketing, or growth strategy roles
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience using data to guide decisions
  • Proven ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with product and marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user journey mapping is a plus
  • Background in digital products, tech, or e-commerce industry preferred
