I. Job Descriptions

• Procurement Operations & Supplier Management:
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for indirect categories, including sourcing, supplier negotiation, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure strong relationships with vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement needs and continuously evaluate supplier performance.
• Compliance Oversight:
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Conduct regular reviews and maintain up-to-date documentation to support internal audits and minimize risks.
• Purchase Order & Data Management, Reporting:
• Oversee the execution and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring data accuracy in procurement systems.
• Analyze procurement data to generate reports on expenditure, supplier performance, and contract management.
• Provide insights to inform procurement strategies and optimize processes.

Ii. Requirements

• Knowledge
• Comprehensive knowledge of procurement processes, particularly in indirect categories.
• Expertise in supplier management, contract negotiations, and market research.
• Familiarity with procurement compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in procurement software and systems.
• Skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships and contracts.
• Attention to detail for procurement records and ensuring compliance.
• Analytical mindset for effective data management and reporting.
• Experiences
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, focusing on indirect categories.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and purchase order management.
• Experience with procurement reporting and data analysis for strategy development.
