Mô tả công việc

1.Tuyển chọn & phát triển mạng lưới affiliate (KOC/KOL/creator)

  • Tìm kiếm và đề xuất hợp tác KOC/KOL có khả năng bán hàng tốt trên TikTok Shop.

  • Tạo nội dung review sản phẩm.

  • Lập kế hoạch Affiliate theo tháng & theo dõi chương trình

  • Tạo và gửi mã affiliate (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).

  • Thiết lập hoa hồng cho từng nhóm.

  • Theo dõi hoạt động qua hệ thống, đánh giá và đưa đề xuất cải thiện.

  • Quản lý chiến dịch influencer/affiliate

  • Lên kế hoạch livestream với KOL/KOC theo tuần/tháng.

  • Chia KOC theo ngành hàng, giá, và nhóm follower.
  • Kiểm tra nội dung đăng tải đúng với thương hiệu.

  • Làm việc với team Commercial & Marketing để thúc đẩy deals, quảng cáo và truyền thông.

  • Đàm phán & tối ưu chi phí hợp tác

  • Thỏa thuận hoa hồng theo kết quả.

  • Theo dõi ROI của từng KOC/KOL/chiến dịch dừng, giữ hoặc tăng ngân sách.

  • Báo cáo & phân tích

  • Phân tích số liệu: GMV của mỗi chiến dịch/creator, tỷ lệ chuyển đổi (conversion rate).

  • Đưa ra giải pháp cải thiện: kênh hiệu quả, creator tiềm năng, điều chỉnh hoa hồng, thời gian đăng, loại content.

  • Quản lý & nuôi dưỡng cộng đồng affiliate

  • Tạo group cộng đồng KOC/Affiliate.

  • Gửi thông tin chiến dịch và sản phẩm mới mỗi tuần.
  • Tổ chức mini game và thưởng top seller để giữ tương tác

Thời gian làm việc:
- Thứ hai - thứ sáu: 8:30 - 17:30, nghỉ trưa 1 tiếng
- Thứ bảy: 8:30 - 12:00
Nghỉ chiều thứ 7 và Chủ nhật
