Mô tả công việc

  • Chịu trách nhiệm định hướng, phát triển và vận hành sản phẩm ứng dụng AI/ML, tạo giá trị dữ liệu và tăng hiệu suất tự động hóa trong các quy trình nội bộ.
  • Xây dựng chiến lược, roadmap, OKRs và KPIs cho sản phẩm phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh.
  • Nắm bắt xu hướng công nghệ AI (GenAI, NLP, Vision, RAG, Agent…) để đưa ra định hướng phát triển mới.
  • Thu thập, phân tích yêu cầu; quản lý Product Backlog, đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng.
  • Phối hợp cùng đội kỹ thuật, thiết kế và các bên liên quan để truyền đạt tầm nhìn sản phẩm.
  • Theo dõi hiệu suất mô hình AI, phân tích dữ liệu và đề xuất cải tiến trải nghiệm người dùng.
  • Phát triển và triển khai hệ thống AI minh bạch, có đạo đức, tuân thủ quy định và quản lý rủi ro công nghệ.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò Product Owner / Product Manager. Có kinh nghiệm triển khai dự án AI ứng dụng (chatbot, recommendation system, automation tool, RAG, GenAI…).
  • Từ 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với các sản phẩm AI/ML, SaaS hoặc Data Platform.
  • Am hiểu quy trình phát triển sản phẩm AI: từ thu thập dữ liệu, training, evaluation đến deployment.
  • Hiểu về mô hình dữ liệu và metrics dùng để đánh giá hiệu quả mô hình AI.
  • Có khả năng đánh giá, lựa chọn và tích hợp các API hoặc nền tảng AI bên thứ ba (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, v.v.).
  • Hiểu quy chuẩn về bảo mật dữ liệu, tuân thủ quy định AI Ethics.
  • Thành thạo trong phân tích và quản lý yêu cầu sản phẩm: BRD, PRD, User Story, Use Case, Flow Diagram, Wireframe,…
  • Kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu, đo lường hiệu quả sản phẩm, phân tích thị trường và xu hướng.
  • Tư duy sáng tạo, đa chiều, linh hoạt, luôn tìm kiếm và cập nhật các xu hướng công nghệ AI mới.
  • Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật và giao tiếp được là một lợi thế.
