Job description
  • Tìm hiểu và đánh giá các giải pháp kỹ thuật mới do các đơn vị đề xuất
  • Trình bày, thảo luận và đề xuất phương án kỹ thuật với Ban Giám đốc
  • Hỗ trợ dự án xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật, tìm nguyên nhân gốc lỗi và đưa ra giải pháp để nâng cao hiệu năng, tính bảo mật của hệ thống
  • Tham gia trực tiếp để tối ưu mã nguồn cùng các dự án
  • Nghiên cứu, đề xuất và triển khai giải pháp kỹ thuật, công nghệ mới vào các hệ thống
Your skills and experience
  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chính quy chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Toán tin hoặc tương đương
  • Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong vai trò Technical Leader hoặc Software Architect / System architect của dự án
  • Có trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm lập trình, ưu tiên nhân sự có kinh nghiệm về Java
  • Có kinh nghiệm với một số hệ quản trị CSDL như Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Có kiến thức và hiểu biết về những công nghệ mới đang được áp dụng trong lĩnh vực CNTT
  • Hiểu biết về Linux/Unix, docker, K8s và bảo mật
  • Có chứng chỉ chuyên môn liên quan là một lợi thế
  • Kỹ năng nghiên cứu, viết tài liệu, thuyết trình, phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề
  • Khả năng làm việc nhóm và độc lập tốt
  • Đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh chuyên ngành
  • Trung thực, cẩn trọng, nhiệt tình và chịu được áp lực cao

3.Đào tạo, phát triển

4.Hoạt động tập thể hấp dẫn, phong phú
