EcO2 provides non-toxic pest control solutions in over 25 countries, applying oxygen-free technology to protect food, warehouses, transport, and even archaeological items. We also offer smart monitoring systems, and are part of Peterson & Control Union, a global network operating in 70+ countries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead and supervise the service and maintenance team.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to technicians.
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance and service tasks.

b. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
  • Optimize maintenance procedures to minimize downtime.

c. Customer Support & Training:

  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
  • Train customers in proper equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and recommend effective solutions.

d. Process Improvement & Compliance:

  • Implement best practices for maintenance efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
  • 2+ years of experience in service and maintenance, with leadership responsibilities preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial and civil electrical equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Experience with PLC programming is an advantage.
  • Good at English communication skills.
  • Willing to travel for work as required.
  • Ability to work in various industrial environments
