Our client is a strategic arm of a global group, headquartered in Korea. The Vietnam office focuses on expanding the group's brand ecosystem in Southeast Asia, especially the potential Vietnamese market.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual for the following position:

  • Position: Business Development Manager
  • Work Location:
    Thu Duc, HCM
  • Working Hours:
    9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday at the office, Saturday on a bi-weekly online basis

Job Description

I. Execution and Business Development

  • Deeply understand the CEO's business strategy and build detailed implementation plans to ensure target achievement.
  • Lead negotiations and cooperation with KOL/KOC (Key Opinion Leaders/Consumers) and MCN organizations (especially TAP - Talent Platforms).
  • Capable of simultaneously managing multiple brands and platforms (TikTok, Facebook, etc.) in KOL/KOC cooperation projects.
  • Excellent at breaking down the overall sales target into specific, feasible objectives for the team and individuals.

II. Affiliate Management: KOL/KOC/TAP Management

  • Design and implement an Affiliate model suitable for the brand strategy, focusing on advocacy and conversion across channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, agencies, MCNs, and KOL/KOCs to ensure alignment between brand activities and Affiliate campaigns.
  • Track, evaluate, and optimize Affiliate performance to meet KPIs for sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Compile monthly livestream schedules of KOL/KOC/TAP/MCN and quantify the performance effectiveness of each livestream session.
  • Monitor, support, and care for the live sessions of Top KOLs.
  • Register for campaigns, send samples, and follow up on KOL/KOC livestreams daily.

III. BD Team Management and Motivation

  • Responsible for managing and motivating the BD Sales team, allocating tasks appropriately to ensure efficient operation.
  • Able to build SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the team, optimizing work processes.
  • Proficient in breaking down overall sales goals into achievable targets for the team and individuals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the e-commerce field.
  • Deep understanding of platforms like Tiktokshop, Shopee, and experience in Affiliate or Livestream management.
  • Strategic mindset: Strong business orientation to drive sales growth and achieve goals.
  • Self-starter, internally motivated, and high sense of responsibility.
  • Direct experience managing a team, demonstrating leadership ability.
  • A strong grasp of digital trends, a love for digital innovation, and quick in catching Ecom trends.
  • Proficiency in English or Chinese
