Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: triệu VNĐ)

  • Quản lý, vận hành và tối ưu hệ thống hạ tầng trên AWS & Google Cloud theo tiêu chuẩn best practices của nhà cung cấp.
  • Thiết kế, xây dựng và tối ưu hóa các pipeline CI/CD phức tạp (multi-stage pipelines) sử dụng GitLab CI, GitHub Actions hoặc AWS CodePipeline/Cloud Build. Áp dụng các kỹ thuật triển khai tiên tiến như Blue/Green, Canary Deployments và Rollbacks để giảm thiểu rủi ro gián đoạn.
  • Triển khai và quản lý Infrastructure as Code (IaC) bằng Terraform, CloudFormation hoặc tương đương.
  • Triển khai và vận hành các nền tảng Containerization và Orchestration như Kubernetes (EKS, GKE) hoặc AWS ECS/Fargate.
  • Hỗ trợ các team phát triển trong việc tối ưu hóa hiệu suất, bảo mật và chi phí vận hành cloud.
  • Quản lý sự cố, phân tích root cause và đề xuất giải pháp cải thiện hệ thống.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Kinh nghiệm & Kỹ năng chuyên môn:
  • 4+ năm kinh nghiệm DevOps với AWS & Google Cloud.
  • Thành thạo Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Docker và các công cụ container orchestration.
  • Kinh nghiệm vững chắc về thiết kế, triển khai hệ thống CI/CD bằng GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD hoặc tương đương.
  • Am hiểu Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, CloudFormation.
  • Có kinh nghiệm triển khai, giám sát hệ thống monitoring, logging, alerting trên cloud: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Stackdriver…
  • Thành thạo scripting Bash/Python để tự động hóa tác vụ.
  • Hiểu biết về bảo mật cloud: IAM, VPC, WAF, security groups…

  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh trôi chảy để làm việc với khách hàng quốc tế.

  • Ưu tiên:

➢ Có chứng chỉ AWS Certified DevOps Engineer hoặc Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer.

➢ Kinh nghiệm làm việc với multi-cloud hoặc hybrid-cloud environments.

➢ Hiểu biết về FinOps, tối ưu chi phí AWS/GCP.

➢ Có chứng chỉ tiếng Anh IELTS hoặc TOEIC
