Full-time IT Business Analyst Intern

The Human Resources Organization Division - Viettel Group is seeking IT Business Analyst Interns to participate in the development of the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) product.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IT Division and business units/end users to propose, develop, and refine functional solutions for existing systems.
- Support the operation of the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) based on individual strengths (e.g. requirements analysis, solution research, testing), and assist end users in modules such as recruitment, performance evaluation, and personnel/document management.
- Develop, update, and standardize documentation, including business workflows, requirement specifications, user manuals, and records related to system changes.
Job required skills and qualifications
- Third- or fourth-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficient in basic SQL for data querying and validation.
- Strong sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn, good communication skills, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Available to work at least 4 days per week.
- Good command of English (minimum TOEIC 700 or equivalent).
