Pascal is hiring for a US-based (Silicon Valley) Tech Company

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and fast-learning Python Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming, with experience in building robust and scalable applications. Knowledge of FastAPI, databases, and integrations with other systems is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications using best practices and modern development methodologies.
  • FastAPI Implementation: Utilize FastAPI to build efficient and scalable web applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Database Management: Work with various databases (SQL and NoSQL) to design, implement, and optimize database schemas and queries.
  • System Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, readable, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver exceptional software solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Python and related technologies, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
Your skills and experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python development.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience with FastAPI or similar web frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of database design and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
