1/Position: Material Control Supervisor (SHTP-Milwaukee Power Tool)

JOB SUMMARY

Managing suppliers & customer orders, daily delivery schedule from suppliers to ensure

orders fulfilments, inventory, excess & obsolete, risk of supply, long aging, WH spaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Managing team members and developing the successors, reviewing IDP.

• Monitoring vendors deliveries to make sure OTIF following production plans, demand from

customers.

• Identifying risk of supply, excess, obsolete from ECO change, BOM change.

• Monitoring and supporting team members to handle issue relating to materials issue,

shortage, supplier issues, customs issue, quality issues, …. Integrating with other departments

to solve the department issues.

• Evaluating, training and coaching team members to improve the performance.

• Supporting new projects of departments, following up NPD orders, localization and

delivering to meet the first launch.

• Managing & developing vendors performance to improve the pull/push of customer order,

promotion. Shortening the lead time of material deliveries.

• Identifying delivery risk up front (such as supplier's capacity, manpower, raw materials, level

supplier's risks) and resolution to ensure supplier on time delivery. Escalating to managers for

the solutions and updates.

• Managing DOS, E&O, aging stocks, WH space and inventory control.

• Driving & reporting the results of department KPIs & improvements.

• Executing & deploying the company strategies of supply chain.

• Problem solving/flow definition and get aligned with other departments

• Tooling life, capacity control, generating budget of duplicate toolings, duplicate tooling

suggestion, qualification control follow up (if assigned).

• Supplier ability development.

• Other tasks assigned by direct superior.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

University graduated. Prefer to supply chain, economy, industrial

management.

Good oral and written communication in both English and Vietnamese

Experience

At least 05-year experience for Manufacturing company and 03-year

experiences of material control, purchasing, planning, inventory control,

vendor control.

Knowledge

Work experience in material planning, supplier/demand management,

inventory control role

Knowledge in shipping and logistics or specializing in supply chain.

Functional

Skills

Be good at Microsoft Office, such as Power Point, word, excel, especially for

all related excel operate formula.

Best familiar with Oracle system

2/Position: Material Control Planner (SHTP or Tan Phu Trung Cu Chi)

ob Summary

Responsible for material planning, supplier capability management in order to secure material

for production running and optimize inventory level

Key Responsibilities

• Release purchasing orders to suppliers based on Lead time, MOQ/MPQ, system demand by weekly.
• Work out supplier delivery schedule and monitor suppliers delivery on time. In order to make sure no material shortage in production line.
• Control suppliers manufacturing lead time, processes, capacity, raw materials and identify the risk and solution in advance.
• Control inventory: Maintain proper inventory level and minimum the excess material if any order cancellation.
• Report for Excess& Obsolete(E&O) material by monthly with proposal action. Work with cross functional team for action to clear the E&O
• Control engineer change order(ECO) to cut off old stock and ram up new item
• Result the issue with vendor for shortage/missing/expedition
• To confirm the schedule follow customer request (new order(MR)/Pull-push/Cancel/Swap POs)
• Analyze the material expedition option and propose solutions

Requirements

• University graduated.
• At least 2 years relevant PMC experience with good knowledge of Purchase and material control.
• Good level written and spoken English is an advantage.
• Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
• Fully understand MRP system, Oracle, VBA knowledge and Purchase flow.
• Work in electrical industry is an advantage
• Able to work effectively. Good leadership and computer skill is preferential

Impact of the position

• Raw materials delivery on time will support production run smoothly. Moreover , Will not caused any additional cost for production line shut down and shipment .But all related resource (like as SER, Approved drawing , Supplier's relationship etc….) depend on all departments support .
• Low inventory level makes company financing running smoothly. But it is also depending on the good design and quality for our products reasonable order change./.

3/Position: Production Control Planner (SHTP-Milwaukee Power Tool)

• Production Planners to account for every detail in the production process. They make sure there's enough material and equipment available, maintaining clean working spaces so they can run smoothly without interruption or risk of damage. - The Production Planner is responsible for scheduling the usage of production materials to ensure optimal levels. The Planner must evaluate suppliers or quality timeliness and match according to goals. They also monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage that may arise. - A Production Planner works alongside a Production Manager, ensuring the production process can run smoothly. The Planner may report potential production plans and methods to the manager and seek approval.

Requirements

Education

University graduated. and above in Supply Chain, Economic or Engineering

Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain/planning/material control.

Knowledge

• Good level in English (Chinese is an advantage) - Working knowledge of ERP system, Oracle is bonus. - Fluency in Microsoft Office, VBA/Macro is bonus - Good presentation/computer skill is preferential

Functional Skills

• Good interpersonal communication skills and leadership - Good data analysis and problem-solving skills
