có khả năng điều phối và dẫn dắt các dự án Trí tuệ nhân tạo quy mô lớn, có độ phức tạp cao. Vị trí này đóng vai trò trung tâm trong việc đảm bảo các dự án AI được triển khai hiệu quả, đúng chiến lược, và mang lại giá trị thực tế cho tổ chức và khách hàng.

Trách nhiệm chính

  • Quản lý và điều phối các dự án AI phức tạp
    – từ giai đoạn lên kế hoạch, triển khai, đến nghiệm thu kết quả.
  • Tư vấn, giám sát và hỗ trợ các Project Manager khác
    trong việc vận hành dự án AI.
  • Quản lý danh mục dự án (Project Portfolio)
    : theo dõi tiến độ, kiểm soát ngân sách, tối ưu hóa nguồn lực, đảm bảo hiệu quả đầu tư (ROI).
  • Xây dựng và chuẩn hóa quy trình triển khai AI
    – bao gồm governance, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, và quản lý rủi ro.
  • Báo cáo và truyền thông dự án với cấp lãnh đạo
    , đóng vai trò cầu nối giữa đội kỹ thuật, khách hàng và Ban Điều hành.
  • Phát triển đội ngũ dự án
    : hướng dẫn, đào tạo, và tạo động lực cho thành viên trong nhóm.

Yêu cầu bắt buộc

  • Trình độ học vấn:
    Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Khoa học dữ liệu, Quản lý dự án hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
  • Kinh nghiệm:
    Tối thiểu
    7 năm kinh nghiệm
    trong quản lý dự án công nghệ, phân tích dữ liệu hoặc hệ thống thông tin.
  • Hiểu biết chuyên sâu
    về hệ thống dữ liệu lớn, mô hình Machine Learning, quy trình xử lý dữ liệu, MLOps.
  • Thành thạo các phương pháp quản lý dự án
    như Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall.
  • Năng lực lãnh đạo và quản trị đa dự án
    , ra quyết định chiến lược, xử lý rủi ro và điều phối nguồn lực hiệu quả.
  • Tiếng Anh khá
    – có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật, viết báo cáo và trao đổi với đối tác quốc tế.

Ưu tiên

  • Có
    chứng chỉ chuyên môn
    như PMP, PMI-ACP, AWS/Azure AI Engineer, Data Science Professional.
  • Từng
    tham gia hoặc triển khai dự án AI/ML, Data Analytics
    thực tế.
  • Có
    kinh nghiệm quản lý sản phẩm (Product Management)
    là lợi thế.
  • Có
    khả năng huấn luyện, đào tạo và xây dựng quy trình nội bộ
    cho các nhóm dự án AI.
  • Có
    network trong lĩnh vực AI hoặc công nghệ
    là điểm cộng lớn.
