Recruitment Team Leader (Onsite Dự Án) – Hưng Yên

  • Mức lương: từ 15 triệu/ tháng trở lên (thương lượng)

  • Địa điểm: KCN Thăng Long 2, Yên Mỹ, Hưng Yên

  • Lương tháng 13, Bảo hiểm sức khoẻ PVI, các khoản thưởng khác

  • Có ký túc xá cho nhân viên

Công việc:

  • Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức tuyển dụng lao động phổ thông cho các nhà máy, kho hàng của khách hàng tại Hưng Yên.

  • Dẫn dắt nhóm tuyển dụng: giao việc, theo dõi tiến độ, huấn luyện và hỗ trợ nhân viên trong nhóm đạt chỉ tiêu.

  • Xây dựng và phát triển mạng lưới nguồn ứng viên địa phương: cộng tác viên, chính quyền xã, trường nghề, hội phụ nữ, đoàn thanh niên…

  • Triển khai các chiến dịch truyền thông tuyển dụng địa phương: phát tờ rơi, treo banner, đăng bài fanpage, livestream…

  • Phối hợp với bộ phận vận hành để đảm bảo ứng viên nhận việc đúng kế hoạch.

Yêu cầu:

  • Có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng lao động phổ thông hoặc nhân sự số lượng lớn.

  • Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng làm việc tại Hưng Yên, Hải Dương, Bắc Ninh, Thái Bình...

  • Hiểu thị trường lao động địa phương. Chịu khó di chuyển trong quá trình làm việc

  • Biết sử dụng tin học văn phòng, Zalo OA, Facebook, Tiktok
