Job description

AcceleratorApp helps launch the next generation of startups with powerful software that makes it easy and efficient for incubators, accelerators, and investors to foster innovation.

We are looking for a senior GO back-end developer to join our team as soon as possible. We work on Go, Postgres, and GraphQL. We highly encourage test-driven development. You will be responsible for four microservices that manage the calendar integration into our application. This includes Google & Microsoft calendar integration, availability service, and calendar service. We have a feature set similar to Calendly or , where you will take over the BE project. You will also be responsible for building tools for our AI Agents to interact with your "API".

Your skills and experience
  • You code with purpose and an understanding of the feature's outcome. If it isn't clear, you request that product management provide more context.
  • Test-driven development just makes sense to you.
  • Quality and scalability of your code are a priority for you in all things
  • You are hungry to keep learning. You often read, watch videos, or do other things to improve your skills and understanding continuously.
  • You have over 3 years of experience with Golang, and you have a deep understanding of its internal workings.
  • You have over 5 years of experience with backend development. You easily adjust or create functions for maximum efficiency. You have a solid understanding of how to maintain indexes and how to store information in SQL.
  • Have excellent ability with SQL queries.
  • Understanding of iCal protocol is highly valuable

BONUS SKILLS Prior experience working with AWS (EC2, S3, etc). Prior experience working with Docker and Kubernetes. Prior experience working with Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar
